"Short Stories to Tickle Your Funnybone" by Robert Thornhill is a great collection of excerpts from his 11 or so novellas in the Lady Justice series. Each tale in this collection is from a different Lady Justice book, and each one serves well as an advertisement for the book from which it came. Not only are these tales funny, they are also somehow familiar sounding, almost as if they recount episodes from my own history.
I have to urge you to get this book. I believe it is, and will be, available free for some time, but it will also give you an almost irresistable urge to plunk down some money and purchase his entire collection of Lady Justice books; I know I intend to buy them all, now that I've had a taste of what to expect.
To paraphrase Robert Thornhill from one of his flyers: Do not read this book with a drink in your hand or a full bladder. Spontaneous bursts of laughter may cause fluids to spurt from various bodily orifices.
You've been warned!

Short Stories to Tickle Your Funnybone by Robert Thornhill will keep you laughing even after you have finished reading. This collection of short story excerpts from Robert Thornhill’s Lady Justice mystery/comedy series.
Each story is able to stand on its’ own and is hilarious in content. The stories are so realistic and believable you will be able to put yourself into the situation.
The author has succeeded in two of his primary goals. First, he has made me laugh throughout the book. Second, he has made me want to read more books in the Lady Justice series.
Robert Thornhill’s writing style will keep you glued to the book from start to finish. Here are two warnings from the book about the Lady Justice series.
“Lady Justice novels my cause insomnia. Never start a Lady Justice novel just before going to bed. You won’t be able to put it down.”
“Extreme caution should be used when drinking beverages or if your bladder is full, since reading a Lady Justice novel may cause spontaneous outbreaks of uncontrollable laughter that may cause liquids to squirt from bodily orifices.”
I really enjoyed Short Stories to Tickle Your Funnybone by Robert Thornhill and look forward to reading other books in his series.
I highly recommend this book.

Thanks for the book, Robert!
I am a fan of Robert's Lady Justice series, so I was really looking forward to this little collection of funny snippets. I am delighted to say that I blew Honey Nut Cheerios out of my nostrils at least twice, and had to catch myself from falling off the chair once. The silliness comes in waves. If you are in a foul mood, dragging a little at the end of the day, or just got chewed out by your boss/spouse/child/neighbor/pet, etc. read one or two chapters.
Thanks Robert!

I got this book as a free download and I really enjoyed it. This book contains excerpts from Robert Thornhills mystery series and it had me laugh out loud many times. As a matter of fact I am still thinking about some of the funny episodes that were described in the book. Plus what is not to like of a book that makes one laugh, in this day and age we need all the laughter we can get. Its also a good way to get a little glimpse into his series, that balances action and mystery with humor.
